libgccxml-dev software package provides Libraries for building extension to gccxml output, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgccxml-dev
libgccxml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgccxml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgccxml-dev *
You will get with libgccxml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
